Quality in performance and patient safety is a pledge we make to all our patients and their families. We encourage you to "be involved". Everyone - physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, patient care technicians - have a role in making health care safe. Acuity participates in the Joint Commission “Speak Up” initiatives which encourage patients to become an active, involved, and informed member of the healthcare team.
In order to help us improve as a hospital, all patients upon discharge are asked to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey. This information allows us to make positive changes in order to better serve the needs of our patients.
